VMRack's US-Native (L1) cloud servers run on Cogent and Arelion, two global Tier-1 backbone carriers, delivering high-quality international connectivity and native US IP resources. They are hosted in VMRack's own Los Angeles LAX-DC1 / LAX-DC2 facilities. Unlike the China-Optimized (L2) and Premium China-Optimized (L3) lines, L1 does not optimize return routes to mainland China — it focuses on international bandwidth quality.
