Plan Details

DE Frankfurt AMD Specials

Starter: 1 core / 1GB / 10GB NVMe / 1 IPv4 / 1TB@200Mbps, AS9929
Standard: 2 cores / 2GB / 20GB NVMe / 1 IPv4 / 2TB@200Mbps, AS9929

The more generous promotional tier for Europe: more transfer and a faster port than the Hong Kong specials, useful when you need an EU landing point with a China-oriented return path.

HongKong AMD Specials

Starter: 1 core / 1GB / 10GB NVMe / 1 IPv4 / 500GB@100Mbps, BGP
Standard: 2 cores / 2GB / 20GB NVMe / 1 IPv4 / 1TB@100Mbps, BGP

Lowest latency of the three locations, but tight on transfer and port. Fine for a panel, jump host or a small site — not for heavy downloads.

Los Angeles AMD ISP Specials

Starter: 1 core / 1GB / 10GB NVMe / Dual ISP IPv4 / 500GB@100Mbps, 9929+CMIN2
Standard: 2 cores / 2GB / 20GB NVMe / Dual ISP IPv4 / 1TB@100Mbps, 9929+CMIN2

Dual ISP addresses are datacenter-hosted, not residential. Outbound to China uses 9929/CMIN2; the return path is not optimized so the ISP attribute is preserved. Some geo databases may mis-locate the IP to mainland China. The vendor does not offer refunds for these reasons.

Datacenters and Network

Location	Route	Notes
Frankfurt	AS9929	EU landing, China Unicom 9929 return
Hong Kong	BGP	Usually the lowest latency
Los Angeles	9929 + CMIN2	Dual ISP; outbound optimized, inbound not

Confirm latency on the vendor Looking Glass before buying.

Buying Notes

Prices are in USD; Special Offer plans are annual only
Promotional plans are non-refundable
Dual ISP inbound is not optimized and geo-location can be wrong
Transfer is Fair Use

Conclusion

Start with DE Frankfurt AMD Starter ($45/year) if you want the most transfer and port for the money. Choose Hong Kong for latency, or Los Angeles Dual ISP if you specifically need that IP attribute and can accept a non-optimized return path and no refunds.
